Motivation & agility workshops
I run workshops that help teams understand why agile ways of working matter, not just how to follow them, and that keep motivation high in a large, multi-role team.

AI Adoption & Digital Transformation
Are you looking for an open-minded, creative and future-oriented person whose natural curiosity drives him to constantly learn and improve everything around him?
Who follows and inspires others to follow. Who explores innovative solutions and brings them to practice, contributing to business sustainability in the time of digital transformation.
Then you are probably looking for me :)
01 / One story
Developing teams, facilitation, collaboration and changing the way we work. Motivation and agility workshops, retrospectives people look forward to, Scrum master guild, SAFe, agile coaching.
Priorities, blockers, dependencies, communication and delivering value. Tens of product releases and enhancements across the bank’s mobile apps.
Practical experiments, usable workflows and sharing what works, so every role can automate repetitive work and focus on value.
02 / Experience
A leading bank in Slovakia for innovation and digital services. I lead an acquisition shared team that created the children’s mobile app TABI and heavily contributes to the main Tatra banka mobile app.
Led development and deployment of an application that calculates and reviews clients’ financial health and suggests which areas to improve. Part of the mobile application portfolio, connecting mobile banking with a web application.
Led delivery of the digital closing of a bank account: a large, highly complex set of multiple applications working together end to end.
Leading development of an application that lets clients manage term (fixed-term) deposits digitally.
Led enhancements of the children’s app, including games and a leaderboard that connect fun with a basic overview of personal finances.
Dell Technologies, CBRE and IBM, across finance, business intelligence, product and agile coaching in international environments. Full history on LinkedIn.

Delivery does not get better because a framework says so. It gets better when people want to improve. That is why a big part of my work is motivation, learning and keeping our ceremonies alive.
I run workshops that help teams understand why agile ways of working matter, not just how to follow them, and that keep motivation high in a large, multi-role team.
I bring fresh ideas and formats that revive our ceremonies, especially retrospectives, so they stay honest, engaging and useful instead of becoming routine.
Every improvement idea from a retrospective is recorded, given an owner and actively resolved, then checked at the next retro. The loop matters more than the meeting.
04 / AI in practice
Without these, managing this scope and team size would not be possible. Below are interactive illustrations of how they work. They use sample data only, never real bank data.
How the real ones work. Most of them live in Confluence and JIRA, so anyone on the team can open and use them without installing anything. The mock-ups below show the idea, not the actual screens.
Visualises the delivery roadmap, key data and release status in one place. No more confusion about where we are, what we are releasing and where we are going.
An automated, AI-enhanced model calculates available team capacity and helps decide which big epics can realistically be taken on. Try it with sample numbers.
Shows each micro team’s sprint roadmap for the quarter, progress against scope, scope creep and planning efficiency, and flags JIRA discrepancies before they become surprises.
Creates and manages deliveries in JIRA and generates release rollout plans that show installation dependencies between applications, which matters when the bank releases jointly several times a year.
I help colleagues set up AI and show how any role can benefit by automating repetitive, manual, time-consuming tasks, so more energy goes into value-adding work.
Concept only. I will add measured results as numbers become available.
